Lily Isobella

Lily is a mother of three young men, a herbalist and counselling practitioner who has specialised in women’s health & healing sexual trauma. She has been in private practice for more than 20 years and is well acquainted with the impact sexual empowerment can make upon a woman’s life.

Drawing on modalities that include remedial body work, embodied dance, tantra, art therapy, traditional counselling, kinesiology & naturopathy, her work is completely holistic and far reaching.

She has facilitated women’s groups in shame, resilience, mindfulness, passion & pleasure and embodied creative discovery. She works with Commonwealth agencies to facilitate self care programs for at risk populations, as well as teaching emerging allied health professionals.

Lily is a sought after key note speaker with a reputation for being engaging, honest, empathic and entertaining, with the ability to strike a balance between teaching & engagement.   You can catch her 2013 TedX talk here.

Lily delivers the Girls & Sex parents forum, as well as the My Body, My Home program. She is available to facilitate the Bright, Brave & Bold forum for groups of 6-20 young women (upon request).
